Marketing Intern - Sherman Oaks, CA

Under the direction of the Director of Global Marketing and Brand, and in collaboration with the Communications and Content Strategist and Marketing Administrator, this position is responsible for providing support for the company’s marketing functions, in accordance with the Payscout Marketing Plan and all defined objectives, campaigns and promotions. Merchant Development Manager – Hotels / Airlines / Cruise Line – Jersey City, NJ or Los Angeles, CA

  • Identify potential partnerships within hotels, airlines, cruise line industry to increase UnionPay card acceptance.

Compliance Manager – Allen, TX 

  • Manage and execute compliance programs by providing guidance with compliance regulations and standards applicable to Forte.

Credit Underwriting Manager – Allen, TX

  • Manage Credit Analysts, Processor and Enrollment Supervisor and teams, including interns.
  • Ensure Credit Analysts, Processors and Enrollment teams have clear understanding of new or updated policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily and weekly Credit meetings.
  • Develop and maintain budgeted employee appreciation and incentive plans, including providing feedback and motivating the team resulting in a high morale work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee relations duties including but not limited to concerns and issues, time-off requests, ensure department coverage, overtime, payroll approval and annual performance review duties.
  • Monitor Credit Analysts, Processors and Enrollment teams’ performance based on quantitative metrics.
  • Provide guidance to Credit Analysts, Processors and Enrollment for exceptions requested from merchants/ISOs that are out of the scope of the standard exceptions listed in the Underwriting Guidelines policy.
  • Assist merchants, ISO’s and Vertical Partners in resolution of escalated issues.
  • Develop, administer and maintain department Underwriting Guidelines policies and procedures.
  • Screen resumes and interview prospective candidates for employment within the Credit department.
  • Attend industry webinars to remain abreast of current trends including fraud, underwriting practices etc.
  • Accurately track and compile spreadsheets/ppt of data for department metrics.
  • Interact with various department managers regarding any escalations and ways to enhance inter-departmental functions, processes and hand-offs.
  • Identify system enhancement needs and updates and discuss new system updates with Web Development team, providing feedback post update.
  • Review merchant application packages, including analysis of financials, limit increases, OTLNs, and less day holds for approval or declination.
  • Work with internal compliance on data submissions and response summaries, including document productions for court subpoenas and other regulatory inquiries.
  • Provide recommendations to the VP, Operations for updates to the Underwriting Guidelines policy.
  • Assist and provide Credit Analysts and Processors with different alternatives to locating information, via the internet, to support the processing and underwriting analyses of an account.
  • Maintain vendor (Experian, Lexis Nexis, Equifax, etc.) relationships, identifying gaps with current processes and product offerings as needed by the Credit Department.
  • Continue to develop and enhance system and processes to meet auto-approval goals.
  • Work with Compliance on implementation efforts related to Third-Party Sender guidelines.

Database Developer/Architect - Allen, TX

  • Coordinate operational needs with development teams to design tables, indexing strategies and stored procedures
  • Planning, monitoring and documenting of technical business processes

Lead Specialist II - Allen, TX

  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Forte’s products and obtain potential leads for the sales reps
  • Perform follow up telephone calls with potential leads to set up a demo with the lead and the sales rep
  • Coordinate with the sales rep and marketing to develop pre- and post-conference emails campaigns
  • Enter and log contact with leads in Forte’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, Salesforce
  • Provide assistance to the sales rep logging incoming calls/emails as needed
  • Create and maintain a process for the follow up for cold leads.
  • Capture and share information researched in the marketplace about Forte’s competitors to assist with sales efforts
  • Reach out to on average, 1000 leads per month

Partner Support Rep II - Allen, TX

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email correspondence related to Partner, Government and other Merchant related matters.
  • Handle established ISO and vertical partner, and their associated merchant, related questions and concerns, including:
  • Resolution of any outstanding issues and/or problems.
  • Monitor requests to other internal departments.
  • Handle request from Government / FedPay merchants
  • Work with partners to coordinate complete merchant resolution of issues.
  • Resolve trouble tickets assigned to Partner Support
  • Work with merchants on any updates to their existing account.
  • Monitor debit and credit limit reports regularly in order to proactively reach out to merchants and provide them with any necessary increase request forms or limit adjustments.
  • Handle merchant application and invoice concerns or questions.
  • Handle funding issues and/or errors and return code questions.
  • Research and resolve reversal request
  • Handle hierarchy requests, transmitter requests, research on duplicate or incorrect MIDs and TIDs, account closure research, account status research.
  • Handle credit card process related research and questions.
  • Research hardware/equipment problems.  Submit replacement or upgrade requests.
  • Reconcile overpayments or duplicate payments on statements
  • Participate on conference calls with our partners and their merchants.
  • Provide back up support for Customer Service as needed.

Sr. Account Manager - Allen, TX

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both technical and senior level contacts
  • Understand customer’s business goals and objectives, and develop plans to assist them achieve those goals
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Forte’s products and services, and leverage product knowledge as needed to meet the customer’s needs
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of internal Forte processes and procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and customer advocate, often funneling feedback to internal Forte teams
  • Work closely with Account Executives to identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Provide proactive communication and consultation to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance of assigned customer accounts and ensuring timely resolution to all customer support needs
  • Perform quarterly/annual business reviews
  • Provide customer training on Forte’s products and services and operational processes
  • Provide regular status reports and performance metrics of assigned accounts

Technical Business Analyst - Allen, TX

  • Evaluate existing Forte products and solutions (Checkout, REST, Terminal (POS), Mobile) to identify areas of improvements and enhancements leveraging experience and historical data.
  • Define requirements for various integrations to third party (processor integration definitions).
  • Study and document existing system/integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal and third-party development teams on requirement review, design implementation and testing activities.
  • Track and manage requirements for enhancement requests across assigned products working with the requestor on identifying the problem and coming up with the solution based on the system function.
  • For managed systems, document existing behavior, propose new software solutions, identify critical needs, maintain knowledge of system databases, tables, interfaces and platform configurations, and involve in all aspects of system planning and support.
  • Responsible for ensuring specifications are complete, comprehensive, technically feasible, in alignment with system capabilities, conform with IT and regulatory standards, and follow consistent documentation practices.
