The critical question: would PayPal shoppers have gone elsewhere had PayPal not been offered? E-commerce VP David Cost will speak about the site’s analysis to find out. And Craig Abruzzo, general counsel for beauty products site Birchbox.com, is focused these days on privacy, insurance and the changing state regulation environment. Other than “manage to California,” Abruzzo will share his other thoughts on what e-commerce needs to do to survive the inhospitable legal climate in 2016.
