ETA offers live and archived Webinars to provide interactive and media-rich presentations on current and hot topics in the electronic payments industry. Webinars will be presented via a web-based tool with an audio component as well. Sessions typically run between 1 and 2 hours and can be attended from your office. Should there be several people in your office interested in participating in a seminar, only one registration form is required per location.

If a business goes bankrupt and owes federal taxes, the IRS may issue a levy on that business’ assets. Electronic payments are considered to be an asset that can be levied. This webinar will:

- Outline the circumstances surrounding the use of a levy

- Suggest the best way to respond to a levy
- Tell you how to contact the IRS regarding a levy
