ETA offers a number of professional development programs through a variety of delivery channels, all designed to increase your skills and competencies.

Our primary program is ETA University's classroom-based courses. The seven courses are offered annually, at ETA's Annual Meeting & Expo, but are also presented by request, through the corporate on-site training program.

Webinars

ETA’s webinars are delivered periodically by industry experts on the latest electronic payments topics. The seminar format is a 60 minute conference call, consisting of a 40-45 minute presentation with a 15-20 minute question/answer session. Presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentation) are delivered through interactive web-based conferencing software.
