CentralBANCARD Acquires Processor Nobel Electronic Transfer PDF Print E-mail
CentralBANCARD owners and operators Bill Brockway and Henry Harp have announced that a definitive agreement has been reached to acquire back-end processor Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC.  Nobel is a registered Third Party Processor and Association settlement end point. “Nobel and CentralBANCARD will become divisions of TriSource Solutions, LLC.  In 2006, the combined entities processed more than 35 million transactions,” notes Brockway.  Industry veteran Tom Dunn will join the combined companies to serve as President. “We are extremely pleased that Tom has joined Bill and me in this venture.  He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, and has a sterling reputation,” says Harp.

Dunn, a 29-year veteran of the merchant processing industry, has held senior positions with Citicorp, First Interstate, National Data Corporation (which later became Global Payments) and, most recently, TNS.   CentralBANCARD will continue to operate as an ISO, offering merchant acquiring services through its agent channels.  Nobel will offer full processing services to select ISO partners and banks, including BIN services, backend clearing and settlement services and authorization services through TSYS Acquiring Solutions.  Dunn noted, “Bill, Henry, the Nobel Partners and I want to build partnerships with leading ISO’s, high growth and up and coming ISO’s and offices and the sales agent community who will utilize our processing options to exceed industry growth levels and collectively build valuation for CentralBANCARD, our ISO processing partners, and our agents.  As a group, TriSource Solutions, LLC. will have the technology, processing scale, diversified sales and marketing channels, and fully integrated back office services that will yield valuation multiples much higher than what could be achieved individually.  This is an exciting opportunity for me, the shareholders, our employees, and our growing list of agents, ISO partners and banks.” says Dunn.
