A Strategic Theme for the Forum |

As this issue of Transaction Trends goes to press, the magazine staff and many of the leaders from the member companies of the Electronic Transactions Association are getting ready for the annual Strategic Leadership & Networking Forum. Some of you may, in fact, be reading this at The Breakers.
The forum is where the top people in the industry focus on strategic leadership—the discipline that provides vision, direction, a purpose for growth and the context for the success of an organization. From a strategic view, there are just two questions to answer: what and how. What is the context in which an organization operates and what is its vision for the future? How can we turn that vision into reality by using the strengths and the tools available from within and without our organization?
