TSYS to Begin Class A Approval of Exadigm Terminals

ExaDigm, Inc., a leading innovator of wired and wireless point-of-sale (POS) terminal solutions, and TSYS Acquiring Solutions, a leading payments processor, today announced an agreement to begin the Class A approval process for ExaDigm terminal payment solutions. ExaDigm POS solutions to be included in the Class A approval process are: (1) XD1000 with Dial, IP, WiFi and fixed wireless (CDMA and GSM connectivity), and (2) XD2000/XD2100SP with Dial, IP, WiFi, (CDMA and GSM connectivity), with AX, UX, DX, and RX modem options.

When the above ExaDigm solutions receive Class A approval status, acquirers and merchants can be assured that they will receive direct technical help desk and software upgrade support from TSYS Acquiring Solutions. The TSYS Class A approval process includes superior quality assurance and user acceptance testing to confirm that the solution provider and the application meet or exceed stringent testing standards.

Focused on a “one technology” approach, ExaDigm’s PC-based, fully modular payment solutions provide industry-first technology innovations such as integrated RFID readers, interchangeable communication modules, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies easily and rapidly, making obsolescence and subsequent swap out programs a thing of the past.

The agreement between TSYS Acquiring Solutions and ExaDigm is especially significant as it includes customized terminal and managed services. TSYS will support the majority of ExaDigm’s North American terminal requirements including receiving, quality assurance testing, support and deployment. TSYS will also provide innovative and customized managed services, including help desk support to respond to ExaDigm customer calls, helping to resolve issues efficiently and providing superior customer service.
