The Electronic Transactions Association and the Smart Card Alliance invite you to attend a complimentary interactive webinar series entitled, The Smart Card Payments Application Series. 

In these 60-minute webinars, industry experts will provide ETA members with an overview and understanding of usage of smart card technology within the payments industry in the United States and elsewhere around the world.  These web seminars can be enjoyed individually or as a series for ETA members who wish to keep up with the rapidly changing technology and applications in payments.

This session discusses the best practices and practical knowledge required for implementing a smart card payments system such as interoperability, upgraded POS and processing network requirements, training, and card issuance best practices.  It also includes an ROI model developed by the Smart Card Alliance to assist retailers evaluating the business case for investing in contactless payments acceptance.
