COCARD Marketing Group, LLC announces new corporate structure |

COCARD Marketing Group LLC recently held their annual meeting in Atlanta GA. During this meeting COCARD members voted to make changes to the corporate structure of the organization.The most significant change is the appointment by the membership of Rick Pylant as President of the company. Rick was previously the Chairman of the Board and retains that title while adding the title of President. Malcolm Carnahan will continue his leadership role within the organization in the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Additionally, the members of COCARD elected a new member to their Board of Managers. Tracy Richmond was elected to join the Board. The other members of the Board include Kerima Brattland and Nelda Mays. Raymond Raya, Rob Washington, Jon Stevens and Rick Pylant were all re-elected to the Board.
“This has been a dynamic year for our organization”, stated Pylant. “Earlier this year we were honored to receive the prestigious Strawhacker Award. As our growth continues, these changes were needed to keep up with the rapid addition of COCARD true partner offices, currently at 76.” During this meeting COCARD also announced the launch of the most revolutionary on demand Sales and Management training resource offered in the industry. “Our members and partners are always looking for tools to help them grow their individual offices and we feel this is a huge advantage for our team”, stated Pylant, “Any office that is now a member of COCARD can use the full library of training programs offered by COCARD for their internal offices.”
