Registration Descriptions

Registration Type Descriptions

Full Conference: Includes admittance to the opening reception on Tuesday and to all educational sessions on Wednesday & Thursday, access to the exhibit hall Tuesday-Thursday, and the Discover Party on Wednesday.  Admittance to Compliance Day, Prepaid Day, ETAU courses, President's Dinner, and the Golf Tournament require additional fees.  Please note: Full Conference Exhibitors will be given extended access to the exhibit hall.

 

One Day Only (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday): A one day only registration includes admittance to educational sessions, social events, and the exhibit hall only for the day selected. Admittance to Compliance Day, Prepaid Day, ETAU courses, President's Dinner, and the Golf Tournament require additional fees.  An attendee may register for only ONE of the daily rates.  Admittance into educational sessions or the exhibit hall for more than one day requires a Full Conference registration.


Social Guest: ETA welcomes spouses and family members of attendees and has therefore made available the Social Guest registration category.  In keeping with the nature of a social guest, this individual must not be employed in the electronic payments industry.  The social guest registration includes admittance to the exhibit hall Tuesday-Thursday and the Discover Party on Wednesday.  Admission to Compliance Day, ETAU courses, President’s Dinner, and the Golf Tournament require additional fees.  

ETA University Only: Includes admission to selected ETA University courses only.  Attendees may choose to register for ETA University courses ONLY or IN ADDITION to the Annual Meeting.  Admission to the Annual Meeting exhibit hall, educational sessions, or social events requires a Full Conference or One Day Only registration.

Compliance Day Only: Compliance Day is a separate event scheduled in conjunction with the Annual Meeting and requires an additional fee.  Attendees may choose to register for Compliance Day ONLY or IN ADDITION to the Annual Meeting.  By selecting Compliance Day Only, the attendee will be given access to sessions scheduled for Compliance Day only.  Admission into any Annual Meeting events requires a Full Conference or One Day Only registration.


Registration Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation received by ETA headquarters on or before March 17, 2010 will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50 processing fee.  Please submit cancellation requests to: .
