The second webinar in the series, Pay as You Go -Income and Risk, provides a review of the most recent ETA/Strawhecker Group Economic Indicators report, and the changes and effects the economy has on your business. This series will also give you tools to mitigate those changes. Industry experts will outline and discuss key economic tendencies that have an impact on the payments industry, how those indicators change what you see in risk and underwriting, and what you can do to reduce the affects of those changes. Attendees will: - Become more aware of the performance of the US economy, from both a regional and retail segment standpoint, and understand how it affects the merchants you are underwriting and reviewing
- Be able to develop strategies on how to manage and decrease the risk posed by those merchants
- See the changes in credit and debit card use and understand the importance of this new trend, concentrating on debit card
