For individual reservations, information on how to make a hotel reservation will be provided after the individual has registered for the conference. Hotel reservations cannot be made until conference registration has been completed (registration will be available in December 2010).  

For group reservations of 10 or more rooms, your company must sign a separate sub-block contract with Hilton. This may be done at any time – you do not need to register first. To reserve a housing sub-block for your group, call Group Reservations at 800-445-8667 and reference the ETA Annual Meeting.

Meeting space availability is limited and at the discretion of the hotel. ETA does not have control over the hotel meeting room inventory. Events held in the hotel may only be held during times that do not conflict with official ETA events. The hotel will only rent meeting space to confirmed exhibitors approved by ETA.  

Non-exhibitors will not be permitted to rent meeting space from the hotels or convention center. Non-exhibiting companies may not use hotel or convention center meeting rooms or suites to conduct sales, marketing events, product launches, hold interviews, etc. Any company that wishes to conduct such events should reserve an exhibit booth.
 
 
Meeting Room Rental - Convention Center
ETA 2011 will offer two convention center meeting room rental options to exhibitors: meeting rooms built on the show floor and regular convention center meeting rooms.
 
Meeting rooms on the exhibit hall floor are only available to exhibiting companies. These rooms will be available during the hours that the exhibit hall is open from Tuesday, May 10 through Thursday, May 12. For more information and pricing, contact the contact the .
 
  
ETA also has a small quantity of convention center meeting rooms available for sub-lease. These are only available to exhibiting companies and will be available from 8:00 am on Tuesday, May 10 until 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 12. Events held in convention center meeting rooms for more than 20 people may only be held during times that do not conflict with official ETA events. Events for less than 20 people may be held at any time. For more information and pricing, contact the contact the .
 
  
NOTE: IF YOU CANCEL YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE, YOUR MEETING ROOM WILL ALSO BE CANCELED.  This applies to any meeting rooms rented through the hotels or convention center and meeting space rented through ETA.

Hospitality suite availability is limited and at the discretion of the hotels. Suites at the discount ETA rate are available only to exhibiting companies. Non-exhibitors may obtain suites at the hotel’s rack rates, and suite may be used for sleeping only – no sales, recruiting or marketing activities may take place in hospitality suites if the company does not also have a booth on the show floor. Events held in a hospitality suite, by exhibiting or non-exhibiting companies, may only be held during times that do not conflict with official ETA events.
