Sponsorships / Event
TRANSACT Tech is approved for up to 5 ETA CPP™ Continuing Education (CE) credits. Credit is earned at the rate of one credit per 50 minutes of electronic transactions industry-related session time, including questions and answers, excluding lunches and breaks.
Cancellation / Refund / Substitution Policies
Written notice of registration cancellation received by ETA headquarters on or before Thursday, October 18, 2018, will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50 processing fee. Please submit cancellation requests to: ETAreg@conferencemanagers.com. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Tuesday, May 29, 2018. No-shows are non-refundable.
Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted to: ETAreg@conferencemanagers.com. Please include the original attendee’s full name and the substitute’s full contact information to include: name, job title, company, mailing address, phone and e-mail. The deadline for substitutions in advance is Thursday, October 25, 2018. After that date, all substitutions will need to be made on-site and must be accompanied by written permission from the original attendee.
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, ETA will refund 100% of registration fees paid. ETA assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of program cancellation.
