The Membership Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to assist in the recruiting, retention and engagement of all ETA members and to manage the ETA Association Management System (AMS). This position acts as ETA’s first line of communication with members and prospects providing resources for members while maintaining leads for prospective members. This hands-on role is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the member database and designing and putting into place standard operating procedures for membership operations.
Senior Manager of Government Relations
The Government Relations Senior Manager’s primary responsibilities include: advocating before federal and state legislatures; developing outreach materials to complement ETA’s advocacy goals; supporting the Government Relations team; covering legislative hearings, writing summary memos, and assisting with internal and external communications of the department.
Senior Manager of Education and Professional Development
The Senior Manager of Education and Professional Development will participate in creating and driving the education and professional development strategy for the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) through multiple delivery vehicles for a variety of audiences. A dynamic and nimble approach focused on advancing the electronic payments industry will be required to provide the kinds of relevant and cutting-edge offerings that will attract and retain participants, grow market share, and generate new revenue.
